19U Lady Sting Tryout Information:
The U19 Troy Lady Sting are preparing for the 2020-21 Fall Season.
Tryout cost is $15 for skaters, goalies are free.
The U19 Troy Lady Sting are looking for skilled players to compete at the Highest Tier II level. The coaching staff includes professional coaches with long term hockey backgrounds. The team will train on and off ice 3-4 days per week. Combined with home/away games, and 4 tournaments.

#77 Kylie Rancilio eyes up the competition during the 2019-2020 MAHA States Tournament in SCS Michigan.
October 2020: Kylie Rancilio
19U Troy Lady Sting defenseman Kylie Rancilio has been offered and committed to play college hockey for Aquinas College. Her studies are to include health care. She is the first Lady Sting player to sign in the 2020 year.
Kylie was named Captain of the team in the 2018-19 season by her peers. She is an outstanding student as well as talented hockey player. We wish Kylie the best in her college career.
Private Groat prepares for National Anthem prior to U19 Troy Lady Sting game vs the Windsor Wildcats
Former player Rylee Groat (2018-2019 season) came to visit the U19 Troy Lady sting over the Christmas Holiday break. United State Marine Corp Private Groat recently completed basic training and is working toward becoming a Lance Corporal. The team celebrated with the national anthem and then Rylee dropped the puck for a ceremonial opening faceoff vs the Windsor Wildcats.

Troy Lady Sting 19U forward Lindsay Reiss has committed to MSU starting the 2019-20 season for the Spartans. The MSU women's ice hockey team competes in the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) at the Division 2 level and compete against established programs such as UofM, Loyola, Northern Michigan, George Washington, US Naval Academy, and Miami of Ohio, among several others in the region and across the nation.
Lindsay has been with the Troy Lady Sting Organization since the spring of 2015. She was named captain for the 2018-19 season and went undefeated in LC league play.
Lindsay is an outstanding forward that uses her speed and tenacity to challenge opponents at both ends of the ice. We wish her the best in her college career.

Troy Lady Sting 19U forward/defensemen Christina Berels has committed to MSU starting the 2019-20 season for the Spartans. The MSU women's ice hockey team competes in the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) at the Division 2 level and compete against established programs such as UofM, Loyola, Northern Michigan, George Washington, US Naval Academy, and Miami of Ohio, among several others in the region and across the nation.
Christina was one of the top scorers for the 2018-19 season that went undefeated in LC league play. Christina plays both ends of the ice and was an extremely hard working center/winger/defensemen throughout the season. Her high compete level will certainly ensure success at the college level.

May 2019: Tara Peladeau
Troy Lady Sting 19U goaltender Tara Peladeau has committed to UofM Dearborn. Tara has been selected as the first goalie by UofM Dearborn. The 2019-20 academic year is set to be the first for University of Michigan-Dearborn women's ice hockey as a sponsored sport. The UofM women's ice hockey team will join the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) at the Division I level and compete against established programs such as Adrian College, Davenport University, Central Michigan University, and Grand Valley State University, among several others in the region and across the nation.
Tara has been with the Troy Lady Sting Organization since the spring of 2017. She lead the team with over 1000 minutes playing time, 0.916 Save Percentage, 0.910 Goals Against Average, and recorded 3 shutouts.
Tara is an outstanding goaltender and we wish her the best in her college career. Tara is the first Troy Lady Sting player to sign with a college for the 2019 year.
August 2018: Jenny Benson
Heartfelt congratulations goes out to U19 Troy Lady Sting's Jenny Benson. Jenny was offered a position to play on Michigan States D1 women’s hockey team!
The Michigan State University women's ice hockey teams, Division-1 and Division-2, both play under the American Collegiate Hockey Association and also within the Central Collegiate Women's Hockey Association. Last years MSU team went 17-4-1 and was 3rd in the country for the ACHA.
