Troy Lady Sting 19U goaltender, Tara Peladeau, has committed to the University of Michigan Dearborn. Tara has been selected as the first goalie by U of M Dearborn.

The 2019-20 academic year is set to be the first for University of Michigan-Dearborn women's ice hockey as a sponsored sport. The U of M women's ice hockey team will join the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) at the Division I level and compete against established programs such as Adrian College, Davenport University, Central Michigan University, and Grand Valley State University, among several others in the region and across the nation.

Tara has been with the Troy Lady Sting Organization since the spring of 2017. She led the team with over 1000 minutes playing time, 0.916 Save Percentage, 0.910 Goals Against Average, and recorded 3 shutouts.

Tara is an outstanding goaltender and we wish her the best in her college career. Tara is the first Troy Lady Sting player to sign with a college for the 2019 year!
