Team Philosophy:

Our philosophy is to develop our player’s individual hockey skills, teach hockey tactics and leverage what they learn from those to introduce team concepts and eventually systems. Our team’s foundation is built on teaching teamwork and not individual play with emphasizing that teamwork is the ability of everyone working together to achieve a common team goal. We also reinforce self-respect, the respect of others and we require that our players always display good sportsmanship both on and off the ice.

Team Expectations:

We expect our players to always work hard, be supportive of each other, maintain a positive attitude and to be attentive during coaching instructions and practices. When a player is not attentive, they are not only cheating themselves in their personal development, but they are also cheating their teammates by not giving their best effort. Our goal is to build a team of players who strive to be the best, which in turn makes their teammates better and ultimately the team better.
